As long-standing trained installers, licensed and certified with the roofing system manufacturers below, we are able to offer the very best manufacturer-backed No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) warranties in the industry, ranging up to 30 years.
An NDL warranty means the manufacturer covers the full cost of repair without a cap tied to the original contract value. It is only available through certified contractors, and it is registered in the building owner's name.
System family 01
Single-ply roof membrane systems
Sheet membrane roofing, mechanically attached, fully adhered or ballasted depending on the building, the deck and the exposure.
EPDM rubber
Fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted. The proven workhorse for Hudson Valley commercial roofs.
PVC
Fully adhered or mechanically attached. Hot-air welded seams, strong chemical and grease resistance — a common choice over kitchens.
TPO
Fully adhered or mechanically attached. Reflective white surface that reduces cooling load on large flat roofs.
System family 02
Asphalt-based roof systems
The multi-ply systems that have protected institutional buildings for a century, still the right answer for a lot of roofs.
Built-up hot tar (BUR)
Hot-applied, gravel-surfaced or smooth-surfaced. Redundant plies, exceptional durability, decades of service life.
Cold-applied built-up
The same multi-ply redundancy without a kettle — often the answer for occupied schools and medical buildings.
SBS modified bitumen
Granular or smooth surfaced. Torch, hot-mop or cold-adhered, with excellent flexibility in a Northeast freeze-thaw cycle.

Restoration & waterproofing systems
When the deck and insulation are sound, restoration can add years of service life for a fraction of a tear-off — and without disrupting the building.
Fluid-applied systems
Acrylic and reflective elastomeric coatings that seal the existing membrane and cut heat gain.
Polyurethane coatings
High-build, impact-resistant coatings for roofs that see traffic or ponding conditions.
Metal retro-fit systems
Restoring an aging metal roof in place — sealing the seams and fasteners rather than removing the panels.
Maintenance
The cheapest roof is the one you maintain.
We have held long-standing maintenance contracts with several school districts and counties in this region. Scheduled inspection catches the small failures — a split seam, a failed pitch pocket, a clogged drain — before they become a deck replacement and a claim.
Regular documented maintenance is also a condition of most manufacturer warranties. We handle the inspection, the repair and the record.
Leak diagnosis
There is no roofing problem we can't solve.
Our vast experience has made us exceptional at diagnosing and eliminating roof leaks. Water rarely enters where it appears inside, and finding the actual entry point is a skill that only comes from having installed the systems yourself.
